Thank you to Fooz Kids for providing me with an All-In-One pack to review. The opinions I’ve expressed here are solely my own and represent my honest viewpoint.

My 4.5 year old son is a computer whiz and has been playing on the computer since before he was 3! Likewise, my 2.5 year old is already learning how to use a computer! With both my husband and I being really having an interest in computers it has caught out very early with our children as well. I like them being able to use the computer because I know there are a lot of really great resources out there for them to learn with! However, I don’t like hoping on my computer and finding things moved around, items deleted, browsers re-sized and things like that! I also want to keep them safe from the bad things on the web that can be harmful to them and our computer. This is where Fooz Kids really excels!

Fooz Kids is a Full Screen browser that is easy for my kids to find and open on my desktop so they can navigate right to Fooz Kids and then can’t exit the full screen program! It lets them play games on the web, watch videos, browse crafts all with characters they already love! The built-in Fooz Kids University has over 20,000 practical skills align with school curriculum and is broken down by grade levels starting with Pre-K. As your child completes the assignments you can view how they are doing as well as where they may be struggling. Plus, your child earns points that can be redeemed for treasures such as gift certificates, video games, and more! As a parent you are able to customize the content your child is able to access as well as set up their channels by searching for specific videos, games, etc that you would like to be included.
I LOVE the layout, feel, and how packed with features Fooz Kids is! My boys always jump on the computer any chance I let them and go right to Fooz Kids to play! With the game settings my 2.5 year old can even handle most of the games as I selected only games appropriate for his age range. This makes for a less frustrated gaming experience and improved confidence as he continues to learn! The games are their favorite part but they do watch the video clips also and I just showed them how to record video messages and they would record themselves and then laugh at the video playback and then start recording again! My boys needed help with the University lessons as they have to read the question which has too advanced of words for a Pre-K child. I would have liked to see self-guided lessons the child could do themselves, but it offers a nice way to assess your child’s learning together.
