So glad you are taking the time to stop by my website! Here is something interesting about my website: My first post officially launching my website was on April 1st, 2010, so Happy First Anniversary to A Mom’s Take!! My very first blog event to participate was the Ultimate Blog Party 2010 which was so much fun and a huge boost to my brand new website. Over the past year I have grown tremendously and I’m so thankful to my readers and followers who have helped my website grow into what it has become today!

Alright, so here is a bit about me! I am a mother of 3 boys aged 4 and under, 2 of which were born at home! I absolutely love board games, digital scrapbooking/designing, and scoring a great deal (like winning giveaways!!). A Mom’s Take is a product review and giveaway website that always has a wide variety of giveaway products! I strive to post a new giveaway every weekday and to keep entries simple by not overdoing it with a million entries. I just switched over to wordpress a few weeks ago and I am still working out the occasional kinks from the move so pardon any “dust” you might find from the move! I look forward to getting to know you all as well! You can view all my current giveaways listed in my sidebar! I have a ton of awesome giveaways coming up as well as part of my “What a Mom Wants” Mother’s Day event including a $50 gift card of your choice! This is such a small thing…but I think that the text should go on the right with the ads on the left (the opposite of the way that you have it now)…the reason is because I think that when most people look at something, they tend to look to the right first, and so any attention-grabbing headers should be put there. OR text in the middle with ads on both sides…Just an opinion

I love how easy it is to find the giveaways and exactly when they end! Also like that you don't give endless amt of bonus entries. Very reasonable and not "padding" a ton. Thanks for all your hard work and sharing with us!

I like your blog design and the color scheme is great. I personally like the subdued color scheme that isn't overly bright. I'd prefer a smaller sidebar area, although I realize that might not be practical if you want to have ads.

I like all your giveaways posted near the top of the page so we can easily find them. I'm not a huge fan of extra entries for giveaways because it takes a lot of time, but to not do them makes me feel like my chances are so slim!

I think one thing that can be improved is that the sidebar is a little cluttered. You might want to consider taking some of the widgets out.

Hi! First of all, I'm intrigued by the 2 babies at home– was that intentional? And if so, tell me more! As for your site, I will say that as soon as it popped up, my first thought was, "Wow, I love this template, it must be a wordpress template." I love the colors and the layout. I also love the connect with me buttons at the top, and the ones at the bottom- I have been trying to figure out how to get mine to look like that and not having much luck.
