Cloud B makes a variety of products to help children sleep better. Their product lines include sleep bags and wraps, pillows, comforting sleep toys, and more! Their Twilight Turtle is a plush animal that has a plastic illuminating shell that turns any room into a starry night sky. The turtle includes 3 soothing color options for lighting up the room – Blue, Green, and Amber. He casts a full night sky view onto the ceiling including 8 major constellations such as The Big Dipper. Also included with the Twilight Turtle is a handy Twilight Turtle Star Guide that lets you and your child talk about the constellations and search for them together in their room. He is made for children aged 2 up through adults.

We were able to review a Twilight Turtle and have to say this is such a cool product!! My boys have a spaced themed bedroom and I had started the task of adding those teeny tiny glow in the star stickers to the ceiling. As I wanted to make actual constellations on the ceiling, I only got a tiny section done before I quit. When the Turtle came though we turned him on and the whole room and ceiling was instantly covered with stars and even constellations with no work involved! What’s even better is I won’t ever have to pull any little stickers off the wall from him and the kids much prefer the Turtles large and kid friendly stars that are easy to see. They were both fascinated with him and in fact we have to take turns each night with who gets to have the turtle on their bed. Even my husband and I have really enjoyed him and like to lay beside the boys and see if we can point any constellations out on our own. We both could easily spot the Big Dipper and Orion after a bit more searching. We have not grown tired of the Twilight Turtle at all yet and it’s been over 3 weeks since we first received him. I love that my children are much more comfortable going to sleep and don’t cry for their nightlight (which they always unplug). They also really love pointing out the moon and switching through the colors.

Twilight Turtle has an auto shut-off mode after 45 minutes. He is 14″ long and 5″ tall. He required 3 AAA batteries to run, which are included. He is also available as a Ladybug and a Sea Turtle and each style retails for $29.95.

Cloud B has offered an exclusive coupon for A Mom’s Take readers! Enter the code: momstake for 15% off your purchase! Coupon is valid through 5/24/11.

I love the Cloud B turtle. I got one for my son when he was a year old, and it's still going almost five years later (although the blue setting died after three years). He also has the Lavender Lab, which I got for him when he was a baby and it's been his favorite ever since. He still can't sleep without "Puppy."
