Thomas’ Bagel Thins are a great, low calorie, alternative to traditional bagels. Their Everything Bagel Thins are 110 calories and are cholesterol free as well as being a great source of fiber. Comparatively, their traditional Everything Bagels have 270 calories. This is a simple way to still enjoy bagels while cutting back quite a bit of calories.

I was able to review a package of Thomas’ Everything Bagel Thins. I had never tried the Everything variety of bagels before and was a bit hesitant about the flavor, but actually really liked it. I noticed I used less cream cheese as well as I knew when spreading the cream that it wouldn’t need as much as there wasn’t as much bread. My boys and I really liked these bagels! With traditional bagels my 2 year old would always eat off the top half of the bagel with the cream cheese, and leave the rest. With these thinner bagels he age it all up, and asked for the other half!

The Thomas’ website includes a reference section full of great breakfast ideas. These ideas are grouped by quick, relaxing, and healthy to help you find something to suite your needs. They not only include menu suggestions but also activities and suggestions to incorporate into your routine. You can also browse their recipe section for even more great ideas, an new ways to try your bagels.
