Creative Danes is back with another great product I had the chance to review! If you remember I previously reviewed their Rubber Vase. This time I was able to review two sets of their MENU Kids Set Black Contour. This set comes with 3 dishes that are made from high quality white porcelain that is fired at high temperatures to ensure strength, durability and an easy to clean surface. They dishes were designed by Pernille Vea and coordinate with the adult Black Contour line of dishes. The set comes with a cup, bowl, and a plate with a lipped edge that can also be used as a lid for the bowl. They have a cute and playful black line that adds a snail, crocodile, and a cat to the surface of the dishes making the plates fun for children!

I have really liked these dishes. They are so much stronger and more durable then the flimsy plastic dishes my children normally use. They also just look so nice and it’s really nice to have some dishes to pull out for my boys when we have a dinner party with adults. They look really nice with my black and white stoneware dishes! The cup is very small which is fine except my boys are used to taller classes that they only fill up a third or so full. Now when they go to fill up this cup it often overflows. The cup is very easy for them to handle though. The plate and bowl are both very large and I love that the plate has a lipped edge which makes it so much easier for the boys to eat off the plate. They can use the edge to help them get the food onto their spoon or fork without needing their hands! I think the animals drawn with the black line are adorable as well!
