Mama Wants her Body Back is an exercise program designed specifically for moms of all ages. It targets 7 major areas of a woman’s body that are changed during pregnancy. Conventional exercise routines only target 2 of these areas. On top of the exercise routine the full program also helps you learn to apply positive thinking as well as diet training to provide complete help to get your body back.
The routine goes with 3 areas in rotation – Cardio, Strength, and then Core. Then it does 5 full sets of each area plus a warm-up and cool down. It has a nice countdown bar along the bottom that encourages you to let you know you are doing it and how far you have already come. The DVD has 3 different 20 minute workouts so you can do just one, pick 2, or do all 3 each time you go to work out. The routine definitely made me sweat and work hard, but it was actually pretty fun! I liked that each section was just 1 minute so if I got to an area that was hard I knew I would be switching soon and could power through it. My kids even tried doing the routine and had fun exercising.
