These fun cookies are also nice enough quality and size that they can definitely serve as a multi-use toy and they can be played with other cooking toys or a kitchen set and your child can play as a little baker. My 2 year old loved pulling them in and out of the jar but didn’t care all that much for counting, though we tried. My 4 year old LOVED counting the little chips in each cookie, lining them up in order, or playing a game of search where we would name a number and he’d look for the right one with the right number of chips! There are a lot of great learning games you could come up with using the cookies or just play with them in building your child’s imagination with the added bonus of the educational side of things when your child is ready for that stage!
And in case you didn’t read my previous post – Learning Resources has great learning toys and they are easy to browse by subjects, categories, and more! They even have a special section for teachers and articles to give you ideas on using your educational toys. They also have a great clearance selection and rewards program you can check out!
