I was sent a set of “The Wild Ones” Bummas Wipes to review. The set included 10 wipes 4 of which were bright fun colors and the other 6 were white all with different stitching to add some color that way! They are 5″ by 7″ which is a great size for a ton of different uses! They are made from 100% Cotton Woven Velour Terry Cloth (they feel a bit like a towel). They are made specifically to be used during diaper changes to shield you from any urine that may surprise you and also to dry up the baby’s skin from any liquid that may be still on their bottom. These cloths can also be used for a variety of uses though such as a wet wipe (just get them damp), for wiping little hands or faces, or anything else you can come up with! These are washable cloths that will hold up well in the washer and won’t pill, shrink or fade!
I used them as face wipes to clean up boogie little noses and dirty little faces as we are currently in the beginning stages of potty training my 20 month old so I don’t have a lot of diaper changes currently. They were very gentle on their faces and I loved using cloth instead of a Kleenex as it felt so much softer on their faces! They washed up great as well and I’m sure I’ll be able to get a TON of use out of these! I can’t wait to try these on my newborn though for diaper changes!! Having had 2 boys I can definitely see how this product would be so helpful! I had so many surprise squirts after opening the diaper!! The idea is just to toss one on top of baby’s privates and then if there are any surprise squirts the cloth will soak up the urine and you can just wipe up the baby with a wet wipe or a wet Bummas and then put on the new diaper like you would have! What a great idea!! The wipes come in 5 different sets including sets just for boys and just for girls or more gender neutral or fun bright colors!
