We got a chance to review a Flo from Boon and we loved it!! As soon as it came in the mail (the UPS guy always comes in the evening) I excitedly opened the package and we all ran to the bathroom to try out the Flo! The flo was very easy to put on you pinch the front end together and it creates the space in the back to get it over the faucet and into place. There is a rubber flap on the bottom section that goes right behind your faucet spout so no water will go out the backside. I didn’t notice the first time so it was partially tucked in front of the spout and sprayed the water really wide to the sides of the tub so I turned the water back off and pushed the flap behind the faucet and it worked perfectly!
There is an opening along the top of the Flo that allows you to still pull up the shower tab without ever having to take off the Flo. There is also a tab on the top you can lift up and fill a container with bubble bath. The Flo can be filled with bubble bath and it won’t make the bubbles in the tub until the easy push button is pressed. Your child can easily use the button which is fun for them! Nathan kept pushing it though after the water had stopped and dispensing more bubble bath. The bubble bath was too thick to drain out of the drip hole on the water deflector pad. A second of the water back on cleared it right off the pad though and this wasn’t an issue. I may not refill the bubble bath until he’s a bit older.
My niece was over that evening we first tried it, she is 3, so we had 3 kids in the tub! They all giggled when they first saw the fountain of water and all grabbed their cups and buckets and started to play and laugh! They LOVED it! Tyler climbed right under the fountain and let it run all over his head. He bonked his head at least a dozen time and didn’t make a peep about it. Had the cover not been on the spout he would have cried and been hurt by the bonks (though he probably would have become more cautious)! We have used it many more times since then and still LOVE our Flo!!! It makes bath time more fun and much safer!
