16 GB Lexar Jump Drive

I received a Lexar 16 GB Jump Drive in compensation for this post. All opinions expressed are my own.

I remember going to purchase my very first flash drive. As I browsed the isle filled with different flash drives, I had no clue what words like megabyte or gigabyte meant; all I knew is that one of my classes required this little stick that was supposed to help me store my papers and important information. I ended up purchasing a flash drive that was under 1 gigabyte with a price tag of about $40. Years later, I can’t believe how far jump drives have come. After years of using my little flash drive storing less than a gigabyte, I am more than happy to welcome the Lexar Jump Drive P10 USB 3.0 Flash Drive into the family.

With 260 MB/s read and 180 MB/s write, this jump drive allows you to store and transfer your digital files faster than ever. Equipped with a retractable connector and optional lanyard, you can carry this flash drive everywhere you go. Able to work with PC and Mac systems, you will love using this flash drive for your music, photos, documents, and videos.

I love the Lexar Jump Drive’s sleek design: a metal alloy base and high-gloss mirror finish top. I’ve never owned such a quick and spacious flash drive. I decided to do a little research to find out just how much 16 GB will hold. Depending on file size, you are looking at 3,500 – 4,000 songs, 20 hours of video, and about 20,000 pictures. Those numbers really put things into perspective for me – to say the least, this little stick holds just about as much memory as my iPad. I use this jump drive for everything: important documents, tax information, music, photos, etc. I’ve never owned a better flash drive!
